This program is designed for ARIAT boots. If you have any questions about the condition of your boot, style, or repairability, please email us photos and we can let you know if your boot is repairable. Normal turnaround time is 3-6 weeks but may vary due to seasonality. Occasionally the original outsole is no longer available, but a substitute exists. ARIAT Boot Renewal will substitute a comparable sole but only after customer approval. In some cases no replacement components exist, usually due to the age of the boot or if a style has been discontinued. In this event we will return your footwear along with payment.
